Most customers enjoy Free Shipping on domestic orders over $100. For orders under $100, we offer affordable rates based on the weight of your items. We also offer expedited choices if you need your pieces sooner.

Where is my order?
We know how exciting it is to track a package!

Via Email: You will receive a confirmation email, followed by a second email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Via Your Account: Visit our Returns & Orders Portal. Enter your email to receive a 6-digit login code. Once logged in, you can view your real-time order status and tracking information.
When will my order be shipped?
We do our best to get your pieces out quickly. All orders placed before 11am ET are processed either the same day or the next business day. Please note we do not ship on weekends or nationally observed US holidays.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because we start working on your order right away, we are unable to accept changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Delivery Issues

International Shipping: We do not currently ship outside of the U.S.

Return to Sender: If an order is undeliverable, we can resend it to you for an additional shipping fee.

Missing Packages: If your package is marked "delivered" but you can't find it, please check with neighbors, look for an attempted delivery notice, or contact the carrier: USPS (1-800-222-1811) or UPS (1-800-742-5877).
