We want you to love your Justyna Grace Boutique pieces! If you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following timeframe:

Within 10 Days of Delivery: Eligible for a refund to your original payment method.

11–30 Days of Delivery: Eligible for Store Credit only.
How to Start Your Return

Log In: Visit our Returns Portal. Enter your email address to receive a unique 6-digit login code.

Select Items: Choose the items you wish to return and select your return reason.

Print & Ship: Once your request is approved, you will receive a prepaid USPS shipping label via email. Print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any USPS location.
Return Shipping Costs
To keep our policies consistent and sustainable, we do not offer free return shipping at this time. A flat fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your final refund or store credit to cover the cost of the return shipping label. This fee applies to all returns, including orders that originally qualified for free shipping.
Policy Exceptions & Requirements

Final Sale: The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: Clearance/Sale items, adhesive bras, bodysuits, earrings, and swimsuits.

Condition: Items must be returned in original packaging with tags attached. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and show no visible signs of wear or use.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, please return your original item for a refund/credit and place a new order.

Processing: Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches us. Refunds will be issued net of the $6.95 return shipping fee.
