Orders

Can I edit or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so while we’ll do our best to accommodate requests, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and secure checkout options available at checkout.

Can I use more than one discount code?

Only one discount code can be applied per order. If you have multiple codes, you’re welcome to use the one that gives you the best value at checkout.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–5 business days after your order has shipped. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $125. Orders below this amount ship for a flat rate of $6.95.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package on its way to you.

Once your request is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back.

When will my return be processed?

Once your return is received, it is typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been reviewed and your refund or store credit has been issued.

Can I return or exchange a final sale item?

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. All purchases marked as final sale are considered non-returnable and non-refundable.

Sizing & Products

How can I determine my size when ordering online?

We provide a standard size chart on our website to help guide your selection. If a style runs differently from our usual sizing, we include specific fit notes in the product description. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Why don’t you carry more sizes?

At this stage, most of our new arrivals are offered in sizes Small, Medium, and Large. Since each style requires a minimum order quantity, we begin with limited size runs to carefully gauge demand. As Justyna Grace Boutique grows and we see which pieces are most loved, we plan to expand sizing to include a wider range from XS to XL.

Where are your products manufactured?

Most of the pieces we carry are designed in the United States and produced by trusted apparel manufacturers around the world. The country of origin for each item is listed on the garment label.

Do you restock sold out items?

Some of our most loved pieces may be restocked, but many of our styles are released in limited quantities and may not return once sold out. If you see something you love, we recommend grabbing it before it’s gone.

Do you have a physical store?

Justyna Grace Boutique is currently an online-only boutique. This allows us to carefully curate our collections and deliver them directly to you.
