Most of our new arrivals will initially be available in sizes S, M, and L. Since we need to meet minimum order quantities per style, we’re starting with limited size runs. As soon as we see which styles are most popular, we’ll be able to increase our orders and offer the full size range from XS to XL.

We don’t have full retail stores just yet, but we’re excited to launch them in the near future! In the meantime, we do have a small showroom/micro boutique located in the Tampa Bay area. If you're nearby, feel free to message us to schedule a private appointment—we’d love to welcome you in person!

Orders ship within 1-2 business days. The Estimated Ship Date is located under the 'Add To Cart' button. Estimated ship dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Transit times vary by carrier and destination, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Please note that delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed. Justyna Grace is not responsible for any delays once an order is in transit. A tracking link will be provided as soon as your order ships so you can follow your package’s journey.

Our warehouse processes orders quickly, which usually means we’re unable to edit or cancel once they’ve been placed. However, if you email us at help@justynagrace.com, we’ll do our best to assist. Please note that orders that have already been fulfilled or partially fulfilled cannot be changed or canceled.

Shipping is FREE on orders of $125+. Orders under $125 (after all discounts have been applied) will be charged a flat rate shipping rate of $8.95.

All items approved for refund will be processed within 14 business days after your return package is marked as delivered.

Final Sale styles are not eligible for return, exchange, store credit, refund, or replacement. Some Final Sale items are sold at or below cost and are offered as is.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Starting a return is quick and simple through our Returns Portal.

Click the “Returns” link in the footer under Customer Care. Enter your order number and the email address used at checkout to begin your return request.

Once submitted, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions along with a prepaid return label (if applicable). Print the label, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off with the designated carrier.

As soon as we receive and process your return, we’ll send you an email confirmation with details about your refund, exchange, or store credit.
